Rimmel has launched the new Exaggerate eyeliner and of course I had to run and get my hands on it straight away. I’m a tough person to impress when it comes to eyeliners because there are so many in the market but this one is actually quite great.
The brush is hard so it gives you more precision and it has high pigmentation so you end up with a big bold black line that last hours and doesnt smudge.
I am completely in love with this liquid liner – YES YES YES.
