MaxMara opens a flagship store in Dubai with the new concept developed by the firm Duccio Grassi Architects, as for its most important stores wordwilde: Milan, Paris, Rome, Moscow, Munich and Hong Kong.
Located into The Dubai Mall- the world’s largest shopping mall based on a total area that includes 1.200 shops – the store covers a surface of 180 square meters on one level.
The entrance is conceived as an area that dialogues with the outside , thanks to the absence of visual barriers and thus creating an ideal outside-inside progression .
The exteriors are particularly remarkable as the 15 linear meters window is enriched with lighting boxes, wicker textures and a “second skin” wall.
The architectural design of the store is marked by fixed elements which adapt perfectly to create separate yet communicating areas.
The different spaces are arranged in a pleasing sequence, to keep them independent and complementary at the same time.
The open and clean structures mark out the various areas forming a smooth, elegant , inviting enviroment in which the different collections are displayed.
The atmosphere, colours and materials fully reflect the MaxMara identity :
organic materials such as wood, rough stones, burnished steel and glass, enriched by innovative elements, reinforce the DNA of the Brand.
